Director, Due Diligence and Technical
After working for six years in the fixed asset finance industry, Andy joined the new business team of International Factors. Andy spent two years in their due diligence team where he was responsible for undertaking the collateral audits on some of the company’s largest clients.
Andy was approached by GE Capital to bring true Asset Based Lending to the UK market. He established and led their Midlands operation, which was voted inaugural winner of the Commercial Finance Team Dealmaker of The Year by the Corporate Finance community.
Andy joined what was then Postern Advisory in September 2004. He has been involved in a variety of transactions, working on both bid support and re-financing mandates. Andy has principal responsibility for due diligence in both the UK and Europe, taking a leading role in transactions such as Alexander Mann Group and Advantage Healthcare. Andy is also responsible for the application of technical and structuring developments in the Asset Based Lending market and our activity in the Midlands.
