Director, Deal Execution and Structuring
Nick joined Litmus Advisory in November 2005 having spent over 15 years in the Asset Based Lending industry where he was primarily responsible for originating, structuring and executing a broad range of re-financing transactions.
During his career, Nick has held senior positions with LloydsTSB (International Factors), NM Rothschild (Five Arrows) and, more recently, GMAC Commercial Finance. Nick was also engaged by a syndicate of Scandinavian Banks through most of 2003 to lead and control a managed work-out of a distressed Asset Based Lending portfolio.
Nick has a comprehensive understanding of the key asset based lenders, their current products and evolving risk appetite. His considerable knowledge of lending in the Asset Based Lending environment together with his recent experience of managing and controlling a significant work-out programme enables him to provide clear objective advice to Litmus Advisory’s growing client base.
Nick has primary responsibility for work-outs and is responsible for our activity in the North of England.
